Rental forms
Rain Checks only are issued in the event of customer cancellation due to rain. AquaTime Rentals reserves the right to issue a rain check or a refund at its sole discretion. Refunds issued may take up to ten business days to process.
NO REFUNDS ARE ISSUED FOR RESERVATIONS THAT ARE CANCELLED INSIDE OF 24 HOURS OF ACTUAL RENTAL TIME UNLESS RENTAL IS CANCELLED BY AQUATIME RENTALS, THE US COAST GUARD, TXPWD OR OTHER GOVERNMENT AUTHORITY.

Cancellation policy
Reservations
48-hour advance reservations are strongly recommended for weekend rentals. A credit card is required for all reservations and rentals. $50 cancellation fee will be charged for all no-shows.
Additional policies
- Must be 21 to rent with a major credit card (may be 18 to operate).
- Passengers under 13 years of age must wear a life jacket at all times.
- All passengers must wear a life jacket while under way.
- No pets are allowed on rentals.
- ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING ON RENTALS!
- Beaching of watercraft is prohibited.
- Rental rates do not include fuel and are subject to change without prior notice.
- AquaTime Rentals reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time at its sole discretion.
- RENTERS WHO ARE SUSPECTED OF DUI WILL BE REPORTED TO AUTHORITIES.
Click on the appropriate link to download and print the rental form for the watercraft you will be renting. Be sure to fill out both the rental contract and the liability waiver and bring it with you on your rental day. This will save time at the lake and get you on the water quicker!

All boats are inspected for damage upon return of your rental. If damage occurs, renter is responsible for the entire cost of repair or replacement up to $1000. Renter will be invoiced for the cost of repairs and payment will be due immediately upon receipt of the invoice.
